Background:

The parties entered into a Membership Agreement on [date] for the provision of gym services by the Gym to the Member. However, due to various reasons, the Member now wishes to exercise their right to rescind the contract under German law.

This notice is sent to inform the Gym about the Member’s intention to rescind the Membership Agreement with immediate effect. The Member hereby exercises their right of rescission under Section 355 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB).

Effects of Rescission:
